Shipping policy

True North Leatherworks ships to the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii via the Unites States Postal Service (USPS).

Some items listed in the shop may be ready to ship, but others may need to be made before they can be shipped. As such, lead times may vary depending on the time of year, the raw materials I have on hand, and how backed up my production process is.

True North Leatherworks handles all shipping and receiving at the leather studio. Typically, standard US shipping takes 3-7 businesses days, though it can also take longer. True North Leatherworks cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Customers may pay a Rush fee to have their purchase moved to the top of production line. Customers may also pay for Expedited shipping for their purchases. Even if one or both of these add-on fees are purchased, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as we have no control over how fast or slow the USPS moves. 

True North Leatherworks is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
